The process involves mobilizing aspiring women entrepreneurs, followed by thorough selection, training in entrepreneurship, and provision of seed grants for essential tool kits. We further assist in branding, creating market linkages, and providing ongoing mentorship, with regular evaluations to ensure success.

With an impressive success rate exceeding 98%, and an average startup cost below ₹40,000, Shri Real Dream Of Foundation has supported over 20 different types of businesses, achieving profit margins between 40-60%. Our initiative impacts more than 850 individuals annually, supporting women and persons with disabilities in earning sustainable livelihoods and securing the respect they deserve.
